eSIS Basics Overview for Elementary and Secondary Schools (2 days)
The purpose of this session is to:
provide an overview of eSIS; learn basic navigation and queries, view student demographic information, attendance, admit/withdraw, registrations, etc.; and learn security procedures and security role assignments for school users.  

Suggested Audience: Elementary Office Staff and Secondary Registrars

eSIS Office Staff and Pre-Scheduling for Elementary and Secondary Schools (2 days)
The purpose of this session is to:
do Pre-Transition; and learn what needs to be done in preparation for setting up the Master Time Table (Course Section Maintenance) in eSIS.

Suggested Audience:  Elementary Office Staff and Secondary Registrars

The purpose of this session is to:
teach office staff how to use Course Maintenance;
use Course Section Maintenance to build the master schedule; and
have office staff work on building their schedules while in class.

The purpose of this session is to:
teach Registrars how to use the scheduling tool in eSIS;
have Registrars work on building their schedules while in class; and
have Registrars work on building their schedules while in class.

Suggested Audience:  Secondary Registrars (not elementary)

The purpose of this session is to:
show Registrar how to set up the GPA Module;
show Registrar how to set up the Report Card/VISI label parameter forms; and
show Registrar how to generate reports, GPA calculations, VISI labels, and honor roll.

Suggested Audience:  Secondary Registrars (not elementary)
